Hello
I’m Kamran.
Kamran Code is the name I build under — today a founder-led engineering practice, designed so it can grow into a software studio without changing its identity.
I work full-time as a software developer at XLEducation, a UK company, where my day-to-day is AI application development, full-stack engineering, integrations, automation and getting systems into production and keeping them there. Alongside that, I take on selected independent projects across the wider software engineering space.
The common thread is the whole system. I’ve never been comfortable owning only one layer — a beautiful interface over a fragile backend, or a clever model that never reaches users, is not finished work. I would rather understand the requirement, design the data model, build the API and the interface, wire in the AI and the third-party services, deploy the thing and then watch how it behaves.
That breadth is deliberate, not scattered. It’s what lets me take a business problem from a conversation to a running system, and it’s what makes AI work useful: the model is only ever one component, and the value comes from how it is integrated into real data, tools and workflows.
I work with startups, SMEs, growing businesses, founders and product teams — in the UK and remotely across Europe, India and elsewhere. If you have a problem worth solving with software, I’d like to hear about it.
