Ashirvad Construction & Consultancy — a bold, light site for a Rewa contractor

A paper-white, lime-accented single-page app for a construction and consultancy practice: services, a projects page of site photographs, trust signals in the hero and estimate requests — built to look nothing like the usual contractor template.

What needed solving?

A contractor whose pitch is written estimates and on-time handover needed a site that says so in the first screen, shows real site photographs rather than stock, and makes 'get an estimate' the obvious next step — with a look that stands apart from the dark, generic construction templates in the market.

Who was it for?

Client site · Construction & consultancy, Rewa (MP)

  • Lead with the promise: a two-line headline, a plain sentence, and three trust chips — GST registration, written estimates, on-time handover — before any imagery.
  • Choose a light, confident design system: paper and ink with a lime accent, Bricolage Grotesque for display and Manrope for text, and a floating pill navigation.
  • Give the work its own page: projects across Rewa's localities, completed and under construction, with photographs from the site diary.
  • Publish the practice as GeneralContractor structured data with its founder, address and registration, and route estimate requests to the owner.

How the system was designed.

A Vite-built React single-page application served as static files. React Router handles home, services, projects, about and contact; Framer Motion animates the hero's tilted photo strip and section reveals. Content lives in the bundle's data modules; metadata and JSON-LD sit in the static shell.

What was built.

  • 01Vite + React with React Router routes for home, services, projects, about and contact.
  • 02Tailwind CSS with the site's tokens — paper, panel, ink, coal, steel, lime, lime soft, lime deep — and Bricolage Grotesque with Manrope as variable fonts.
  • 03Framer Motion for the hero's tilted photograph cards, dotted backdrop and section reveals.
  • 04Services: house construction, commercial construction, renovation and remodelling, interior finishing and site supervision; a projects page of completed and in-progress work.
  • 05GeneralContractor JSON-LD with founder, postal address and tax registration; an embedded Google Map on the contact page.

Where AI was used and why.

This project did not use AI — a deliberate choice. Not every system needs a model.

Important engineering insights.

  • Trust signals belong in the hero, not the footer — a contractor is chosen on credibility before craft.
  • A light palette with one loud accent reads as modern and confident where dark templates read as generic.
